Empowering youth and communities to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
This year, our main focus is on Poverty Alleviation through Women Empowerment in Agriculture. Many livelihoods, especially in rural areas, are struggling.

Empowering Women in Agriculture for Poverty Alleviation and Sustainable Development

At Future Youth Support Initiative (FYSI), we believe empowering women in agriculture is key to eradicating poverty, achieving sustainable development, and nurturing resilient communities in Ghana. With over 6.9 million Ghanaians in extreme poverty, FYSI aims to support 200 or more women each year with financial aid, skills training, and resources to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainable practices. 

Our mission aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, working to reduce hunger, support education, promote gender equality, and fight climate change by equipping women with the tools they need for success. These women, often the backbone of their families and communities, will be empowered to improve food security, reduce dropout rates, and create a positive ripple effect across generations.

We envision a society where women, youth, and underserved communities contribute significantly to economic, social, and environmental development, shaping a sustainable tomorrow for all.

Our Mission

To inspire and support communities by providing the tools, education, and resources necessary for self-reliance, growth, and resilience. Through projects focused on women’s empowerment, skill development, health advocacy, and environmental sustainability, FYSI strives to create meaningful pathways to sustainable development and improved quality of life.
